History
The Bucks County Guild of Craftsmen (BCGC), located in southeastern PA, was established in 1946 and was formally organized in March 1952 when it became affiliated with the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen (PGC). Our membership is centered in Bucks County, with the majority of our members from Bucks and eastern Montgomery Counties and New Jersey. The chapter has been participating in Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen shows since 1952 and held its first local craft show in 1960.

Who are we?
We are an active community of artisans dedicated to supporting one another in our creative pursuits, as well as encouraging those who are just beginning their craft journeys. For several years, we have recognized outstanding student work in Bucks County Community College’s annual art show by awarding certificates, a cash prize, and free memberships to both the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen and the Bucks County chapter.
Why Join?
Joining our Bucks chapter of the PGC connects you with a supportive community of artisans who share your passion for fine craft. Membership provides opportunities to participate in group booths at prestigious local craft shows, as well as helping you showcase and sell your work alongside fellow makers. Being part of a chapter also offers valuable networking, skill-sharing, and mentorship to help you grow as a craftsperson.
Chapter Meetings
We meet at 7:00 pm, on the second Wednesday of the month (except during July and August) in Doylestown, PA. More Info
